HP 2430 - Load Tray 2 Error

Hi,

 

We have a HP 2430dtn which keeps gettings an error stating 'Load Tray 2 Plain Paper'.

 

The problem is, Tray 2 jams occasionally so the user prefers to use Tray 3. Up until today the user has always defaulted to Tray 3 and printed without any problems. I have checked the printers settings on the print server and even tried disabling Tray 2 and setting Tray 3 as the default source, but it doesn't appear to solve the problem.

 

Any suggestions?

HP Web Jet Admin software? I've used that to hard-code some paper settings.
