Steve21 Posted April 14, 2011 Posted April 14, 2011 Hey, Is there a large version of the edugeek logo available for use? (Obviously not commercial etc ) Thanks, Steve
EduTech Posted April 14, 2011 Posted April 14, 2011 Maybe! - Why do you want a large version of the EduGeek logo? :-) James.
Steve21 Posted April 14, 2011 Author Posted April 14, 2011 Was just wondering about it for putting on free programs written for use on edugeek (If that jumble made sense) Planning on making few small programs as free alternatives to paid for software, or just if they don't really exist, and would be nice if they do get spread around outside of Edugeek at all to have a link back here Thus logos! Only a thought (Edit, and widespread vandalism! I mean err Steve
Gatt Posted April 14, 2011 Posted April 14, 2011 And there was me thinking you were going to get it stenciled down each side of your car....

mb2k01 Posted April 14, 2011 Posted April 14, 2011 This one was well behaved for me - just use the magic wand tool in Photoshop! (Had to zoom in heavily for the small letters though!) 1
powdarrmonkey Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 As i side note, before you whack EduGeek's logo on everything i would just out of courtesy throw it over for the "Admins" to have a look at first. That's not courtesy; that's copyright law. Using EduGeek's logo on things also implies that they are EduGeek-endorsed, which may or may not be the case.

Apologies to Admins/DB if they feel my assistance in the above was inappropriate. Was undertaken with a sense of assisting technically rather than considering the wider issue highlighted by powdarrmonkey.

ZeroHour Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 Well I actually have the majority of our artwork (as would Sysman but he wouldnt distro without speaking to us anyway) Drop me an email confirming your use (zerohour {at} edugeek.net ) and I can shoot over a vector based version that will grow to huge sizes. 1
Steve21 Posted April 15, 2011 Author Posted April 15, 2011 Just to say, a Big thanks to ZeroHour for sorting this out. Steve
