Get that all the time, not sure why. I always install stuff on my machine to try things for people then never remove it, so perhaps it's time to clean up/rebuild my machine.

Be careful, don't end Shut Down now, or it might cause your PC to shut down unexpectedly, best to wait until Shut Down has shut down then you can shut down.

I don't want to Shut Down Now, I wanted to Shut Down then, so shutting down now is not good enough. if shut down has hung how can i shut down? is it safe to shut down shut down without first shutting down? this whole shut down issue has now got me down. i'm going to have to shut down now to get over the fact that i couldn't shut down then.
