Visit to look at SharePoint

Hi I'm currently looking at SharePoint for my school. I would like to visit another school using SharePoint to get a handle on how they use it. Basically I want to leech someone for info and idea's :-) .

 

If anyone is willing to let me come and have a nosey around their school I would be very gratefull. I'm in Lancashire so the closer the better.

how was it? on my itunes its got "explicit" next to it so im not sure i should watch it at work lol

You're welcome to come and have a look at ours but we're in Beds which may be a bit too far away for you.

The nearest we have to you is Bradford or we can arrange a demo over the Internet, or come to you. (My daughter lives in Morecambe so I'm happy to combine the trip)

 

Each is different depending on the needs of the school so it may spark some ideas to se more than one.

Who said otherwise? It is a genuine offer. Looking at just one sharepoint site gives you a narrow perspective of what is possible. Far better to see three or four. Easier to see them from the comfort of your own school than have to make four seperate journeys.

It was very funny but not hugely informative but as an overview it was helpfull. I would say its safe for work as long as there are no students around as there are a few mild swear words.

They have been running 2003 for 3 years and are working on 2007.

 

They also host a number of schools in Cumbria and Bolton.
