Corporate Signatures in Exchange 2007

Hi,

 

I've set up a corporate signature this morning on exchange 2007 so we can add a disclaimer to the bottom of the emails and that's worked fine.

 

The problem is the Font Style needs to be Calibri to fit in with the rest of the schools documents (letters, emails, etc) but I only get the options of Arial, Verdana and Courier New.

 

Is it possible set the Font Style to something other than these three options? or is that all that we can set? Calibri is installed on the server along with many other fonts, I've checked that as I assumed that might have been the issue.

I don't believe you can in Exchange. You'd need some 3rd party software.

You cannot change the font to anything but those mentioned though, that way.

As some people say, you cannot specify any other font for your exchange signature or disclaimer unless you use a third party product. we use codetwo exchange rules 2007 which works as a freeware with no time limites. it just ads a small ad line below the disclaimer but you can select any font you want in you exchange signature.

Code two is simple and is highly configurable.

I agree codetwo is extremely easy to use. it took me literally 5 minutes to learn the software and another 5 to compose a company-wide exchange signature.
