Anybody out there know how I can get hold of one of those special little allen keys with a hole in the middle of it that opens up the base case of the RM All-In-Ones (the early ones).

They are called Security (or TamperProof) Torx bits.

We recently had to get some tiny ones T5 and the best deal we came up with was these from cpc.

I believe the all-in-ones use a T10 or T15 bit.

Use a small flat blade, it wedges in at the top of bottom of the little pin, and allows you to undo them easily if you don't have the correct tool. You can buy the right tool from most electrical shops such as maplins, or good motorfactors will also stock them.

We have no problems this way as we don't procure any workstations from RM we just use the server overlay to help with administration which makes life a little more tolerable. I would migrate to srver 2k3 if there were less issues with locking down for students. As it is we have it set up as we like it and everything works. So as me old dad said "If it ain't broke don't fix it!" makes complete sense to me.
