Registration of 6th Form Students

Anyone got a solution for attendance registration of sixth form students who are authorised absentees for either the 1st or 5th period of the day so they don't reflect badly on attendance stats?

Study Leave? Educated Off-site?

Chances are the 6th Form are also "on-roll" at the other site and in their registers. Get the form tutor to enter attendance code D: Educated Off-Site (Dual Reg).

 

The admin assistant/manager for the 6th form should be able to help you find out.

Suspect it may be a case of they have a Study Period (read that in youngster speak as FREE) P1 or P5 thus come in late or go home early, which ours like to do....

Or if they are SIMS Schools/Colleges implement partnership exchange ... tee hee hee
