TechMonkey Posted March 23, 2011 Posted March 23, 2011 @Webman: IS that hand crafted or are you using a framework?
webman Posted March 23, 2011 Posted March 23, 2011 TechMonkey: It's all bespoke Classic ASP code with custom Javascript+jQuery on the front-end.
vikpaw Posted March 23, 2011 Posted March 23, 2011 The conversation for those that was following regarding authenticated users and looking up who they are has been split off to here : http://www.edugeek.net/forums/web-development/73080-how-lookup-logged-user-website.html
localzuk Posted March 25, 2011 Posted March 25, 2011 I've just finished replacing ours now, having stolen ideas from this page (mainly Webman's ideas...). I will be adding webkit notifications for notices, and network status changes soon too. It retrieves the list of helpdesk tickets from RT via its REST interface, and also allows the user to create new tickets via it too. Its also HTML5, so the search box is a search input box rather than text.
