Deploying a registry change over your network

Im trying to change an already existing registry entry for a software license directory across our network, I've never done this before and was wondering if anyone could help.

 

From what I've read you cannot just export the changed registry entry then run it from a batch at logon GPO scripts as it will only add to the current value and .reg won't remove or delete previous entrys. How would I go about making this change?

You can look at the REG command.

Or you can use .REG files to remove keys.

And apply them silently using RegEdit
