I received an email in my SPAM folder this morning, it was from the National Accident Helpline advertising a compensation calculator.

 

I clicked the link to calculate my compensation as instructed and found the following site:

Note the questions (they are in this order!):

Were you injured in the last 3 Years? Yes/No

Did you sustain injuries as a result? Yes/No

 

Now this is the question that confuses me.

 

Did you sustain injuries as a result???

 

As a result of What? My injury? Are you asking if i sustained an injury as a result of my injury? What do you want to know??

Still confusing on the injury bit, i'm guessing it should read did you have an accident in last 3 years - were you injured as a result
