01hanstu Posted February 25, 2011 Posted February 25, 2011 Hi, My School currently has a 100MB link between sites, I am convinced that it isn't running at that. It there a free tool to test the speed between them?
Cools Posted February 25, 2011 Posted February 25, 2011 only to set up a temp ftp and dl a 100mb file see what speed ya getting.. speedtest wont relay prove any thing to many variables in place.. and your after site to site.. speedtest don't do site to site. ftp is best.

matrixnet Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 Hi, you mention 100Mb link between sites are these local sites on the school campus or further apart? is the 100mb link an internet link provided by your ISP or a local fibre / copper cable between blocks or buildings on the same campus cheers stef
