The new reading does not change the meaning and only adds one word but it is a somewhat new way of looking at it [unless you have both solutions already?] Can you get there? This is a little tricky.

I must admit it is not a phrase that would readily 'trip off the tongue' and probably isn't in common use. Should I post the second interpretation now?
