I'd say it's this one.

 

It's definately not Tahoma, Verdana, Freight Sans or FF Din. The i and the t are wrong. Also pay close attention to the weighting and style of the upper curves of the letters m and n. Wheither is was originally Depot New Light, that is as close as can be determined and noone would notice the difference.

FF DIN is a very close match. Although with the image being so small it's very hard to make out any serifs etc. Have you got a larger example?

It's def a paid-for font as we've had this same issue before where in the end we had to go back to the publishing people because we were unable to match the font.

Is this on a PDF? If so, could you not look at the embedded fonts to find out what it is and work it out that way?
