Looking forward to this coming out! I've been holding off getting an iPad until this new release comes out... hopefully it will allow us to start using facetime on the iPhone 4 as well! :-)

Great, now Apple can't even be botherd comming up with their own release dates: HP admits webOS tablet is coming at February 9 event

 

HPs event was announced long before this iPad one before anyone goes there.

 

Edit, just read the linked article in the OP, more incompetent journalists. In what world is double VGA 2048×1536, VGA is 640x480.

Same here and we had a couple of staff who have brought the current iPad for their departments. At the time I was going to get but couldn't afford it, and I'm definitely getting the iPad 2 when it's realised. Hopefully the price will be ok as they have added new features to it, that's the only thing I'm worried about.
