exe to msi ceator

folks is there any free exe to msi creator? need to make an msi to install over the network, otherwise i hade to install individually.

I would use Advanced Installer to create an MSI but most things have silent install switches now so you could also try scripting it with a startup script or find a way to deploy something like a 7-Zip SFX package.
