EN4 Posted January 1, 2011 Author Report Posted January 1, 2011 Any good: Uninstall - Netintelligence Knowledge Base Thanks, but not really as we have no account information. The laptop was purchased second hand.
EN4 Posted January 1, 2011 Author Report Posted January 1, 2011 Re-register? We can't because you need an Activation Key, these can only be obtained from the Home Access provider. This was a second hand purchase, so no idea who this is/was! Many thanks EN4

MatthewL Posted January 1, 2011 Report Posted January 1, 2011 Have you not thought of contacting the seller for the information?

DaeN666 Posted January 9, 2011 Report Posted January 9, 2011 You can use Revo uninstaller which is free ware BUT MAKE SURE TO CREATE A RESTORE POINT first. Also be sure to check what Revo is going to rip out. Youtube also has some answers but I think they assume you have login details.
bossman Posted January 9, 2011 Report Posted January 9, 2011 @EN4: Just rebuild from scratch instead of pratting about trying to take something off. The laptop should have a windows XP license or windows 7 so should be no problem.

Reinstalled to "out of box settings" and it went and reinstalled netintelligence to computer and web filter is still preventing web access?
