Looking for MS Office 2007 or 10.. only need 1 or 2 at present for a replacement laptop.. but need a regular supplier for when we buy in 20 + laptops\workstations. Hello All, I need to get the odd MS Office Pro licenses from time to time when replacing old laptops. Some times I might need 5, 10 or just the odd one. The licenses are for a Primary school. Our old supplier has changed their business model and no longer supplies licences. Can any recommend me a reseller that will meet our requirements? Thanks in advance EN4

Hello All, I was wonder if anyone knows, is it safe to delete the TEMP folder from say C:\Documents and Settings\TIM\Local Settings\Temp on a Windows 2003 server. I need to free up space and the above user has 500MB in the above Temp folder? Thanks for any help? EN4

Thanks for the reply AT. I have looked at SCE, but found it resource hungry... tried WSUS a few years ago and never actually got to grips with it so gave up. Might have another look at it soon then. If GP is set to limit users installing software, will WSUS still install updates when the users are looked in, in the background? Many thanks EN4

Good Morning All, I run a school network consisting of a Win 2K3 Server and 80 PC and Lappies. Mainly XP, but do have a few 2K. I am really looking for an easy to use, straight forward and efficient Network Monitoring tool that will primarily enable me to control and run Windows Updates across the network, but also that will allow me to monitor PC/Network heath/ and installed applications etc Can anyone recommend a great tried and tested solution? We can't because you need an Activation Key, these can only be obtained from the Home Access provider. This was a second hand purchase, so no idea who this is/was! Many thanks EN4

Hi... I also want to deploy some software (MSI). Been having a few issues. The computers OU in under the domain that a group policy is applied to, but the software does seem to get deployed!! Do I need to great a new GPO directly on the computers OU and configure the software to be deployed from there, as opposed from the main domain GPO? Any help appreciated.

We are looking at introducing a Ruckus network to our mainly wired current set-up. The main driver behind this is the imminent introduction of 60+ Netbooks, with more to follow in the near future. The school is quite old, thick heavy walls, two floors and annex. Reading about Ruckus, I guestimate we might need 5-8 points, but I need to be sure where to site these for optimum performance and cost effectiveness. 802g speeds should suffice our needs and keep costs down. I was wondering if anyone can recommend any reliable 3rd party suppliers who would also conduct a site survey and maybe possible installation (although I could arrange the latter)!
