Word printing over itself

Morning,

 

Yesterday a user asked me to look at a word document that was printing all the text on one page. It was a two page document of labels which did indeed print everything on one page.

 

I printed the pages seperately and they were okay.

 

I thought it was printer related and rebooted and left it, all seems fine today.

 

Another user has reported the same thing on a different machine using word 2000 rather than word 2003 and a different printer.

 

Both have roaming profiles which aren't mandatory.

 

I found a MS article about it (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/924337) but the hotfix does seem to have been installed already.

 

Anyone else seen it?
