Wireless N (Netgear preferred)

Im looking to upgrade my (home) wireless from G to N..

 

Its a big old townhouse, with 1ft thick walls and lead pipes, so at the moment it takes me 3 netgear wireless access points to give about 95% coverage (2x dg834gt, one of wich is the adsl modem, and 1 of the RangeMax big things)

 

Was in a shop the other day and there was 3 different types of N and I was a bit confused (300, 150 or something, i forget??)

 

I really like the stability of the dg834gt as a modem, and the custom firmware, but would replace it with an N model if they are as stable?

 

Anyone clued up on the Netgear N gear that could recommend what boxes I might need? They are all used as 4 port switches as well, so I guess Id need ones that had gigE too.

I've just got the Netgear DGN3500 and am very pleased with it, I don't know if they sell it down under but its a great router and included GB Ethernet
