I find it hard to believe that so many people watch this tripe!

 

This type of programming seems to appeal to the lowest common denominator. Utter, utter b*lls!!!

haven't been watching it this year, but looks like they've done a better job with the cast of celebrity characters this year compared with previous years.

 

that's half the battle with a show that people know so well. you know what your getting with the tasks and format, it's just whether they put in some interesting and likeable characters.

I do agree. I haven't watched any of it, but when the story makes BBC news and local news websites I go in search of a clip.

 

 

Anyway, people should lay off Gillian McKeith, I mean hasn't she gone through enough s**t already.......

Someone pointed out to me that Gillian who eats all the "healthy stuff" is the same age as Nigella Lawson who loves cakes, puddings etc.... Not much of an advert for lentils and stuff is it?!

How else are ITV to entertain the "masses"?

 

With original drama? Not got enough cash and/or advertising revenue for it....

 

With original comedy? Ditto......

 

Sport? You're catering for only a select band of people (Admittedly, I AM in that band!)
