ICTNUT Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 OP SmartPing is a FREE HTTP keep-alive service used by OP SmartDesk and OP SmartMonitor for various automation tasks such as email polling, auto closing incidents, SLA escalations and scheduled reporting. However you don't have to use it with just these, if you have any web pages that need polling (keeping alive) at set intervals then this is a nice free utility that will help.
