bladedanny Posted November 3, 2010 Posted November 3, 2010 A simple question really. I think I know the answer but I just want to make sure. Every classroom in school has promethean hardware and as such Activ Primary. Are teachers allowed to take a copy home to use on their home PCs for planning purposes? Thanks, Dan
CESIL Posted November 3, 2010 Posted November 3, 2010 AFAIK this is allowed... The software will display a terms and conditions splash at start as the hardware is not present but will then run ok...
witch Posted November 3, 2010 Posted November 3, 2010 AFAIK as long as it is a teacher and for school use this is OK
cmssbrie Posted November 4, 2010 Posted November 4, 2010 Yep, this should be fine as it would be classed as "prep" work. Might also be worth getting ActivInspire on your school machines, as it is a free upgrade from any machine currently using Primary / Studio at the minute. You can also install Inspire on one other "Prep" machine too!
