Lockdown VMware Fusion Settings

Hi I wonder if someone could answer this one for me I have a 94 all mac school running OSX and windows 7 under Vmware Fusion. It's only been in a few months and im allready noticing the kids have found the settings if the machine is shut down causing the same issues over and over no sound no USB etc. Does anyone know it there is a way to lockdown these settings so that they all get the same ones each and every time even if the little darlings try there damdest.
