Isa 2006/ESX keeps loosing connection

Hi all,

 

Having a bit of a problem with our ISA server, every few minutes the internet for staff (using ISA) will pause and when pinging the lancs proxy will return destination host unreachable. After 10,20 or 30 seconds connectivity will come back. When this happens the kids (using lancs proxy directly) keeps working.

 

The ISA server is on an esx box and i've tried using VMXNet2, VMXNet3 and e1000 virtual nics to try and fix the problem. I've tried different ports on the cleo router, different cables to the router, different patch cables. I'm running slowly out of patience with it now. I'm wondering if it could be something on the admin side of the cleo switch.

 

Does anyone have any ideas and suggestions that I could try to see if it can be fixed?
