Problem with 'No Emulation on self created XP disc.

I have created a unattended XP disc for simple machine installs. I have tried it out on a couple of PC's and a laptop and it works well. I have come to try try It on a second laptop and it just wont boot. It come s up with the error that its @No Emulation'.

 

Now i have googled this and points that i have o burned the disc correctly. But if this was the case i would not have been able to boot the other machines that i have successfully set up. This laptop in question is around 3 years old so i can't understand why it don't work. Does anyone know of any issues with this?

Its probably something to do with floppy emulation but if it works with some and not others I am not sure. I use Nlite to build custom discs as I ahve found problems in the past using programs like Nero.

I used NLite to create the iso and it worked a treat.
