Hi

I have a virtual Server 2008 and virtual XP Pro SP3. I have syspreped my XP drive with the SP3 deploy file and when I PXE boot the Windiws Deployment Image capture wizard asks me what volume to capture but there are no option available so I can't progress. When I press shift and F10 a command prompt appears saying 'x:\windows\system32', when I try and change to the c drive its says it can't find specific drive.

Can any one help please?

After booting off boot.wim and hitting Shift + F10 to fire up a console, type "diskpart" (which'll fire up diskpart) and "list volume".

What are you using for the SCSI controller in the VM? The Windows 7 boot WIM plays nice with the LSI Logic Parallel controller. Change it to that to capture, then change it back before booting the VM up again.
