In a nutshell: The Moon is crawling with aliens and NASA was warned not to return. Document R-2-7-7 details nearly 600 strange events occurring between 1540 and 1967 and includes contributions from some of the worlds' most famous astronomers.

Also, I'd like to congratulate NASA on producing a completely useless PDF. Sideways pages? Upside down?? Surely NASA, one of the leading technological and scientific institutions on the planet can format a PDF properly?

I've always found it odd that the US went from an apparent obsession with the moon up until the late 70's then essentially stopped.

So much new technological advances since then yet they still haven't ventured back, with only India and China (i think) heading in that direction with unmanned missions recently. Something certainly doesn't add up - whether it is the above or not!

i think its more likely they haven't gone back as they are trying to negotiate a huge contract for the cheese they can bring back and are currently building huge mines or the side of the moon you cant see from earth. Makes about as much sense

There is a very simple set of explanations that we haven't gone back.

 

1. We have had no real need to - to policy makers in the US govt, there is nothing much of value there. Well, until we have Nuclear Fusion reactors that need fuel.

2. It costs a fortune to get there and back.

3. It is very risky. Health and Safety rules now are a lot stricter, even in the USA.

4. The USA is no longer racing the USSR.
