Smartboard and Powerpoint 07

Hi, one of our teachers has been having a strange issue with Powerpoint 07 with Smartboard 10 and Windows Vista.

 

When the smartboard drivers are running, all his powerpoint hotkeys (copy/paste/select all/etc) are disabled. We're running Smartboard v10 (May update) on the PC in question.

 

When the Smartboard stuff is removed from the windows startup, Powerpoint works perfectly, but as soon as the drivers are reenabled, the hotkeys cease to function.

 

Has anyone encountered this before? It only appears to be happening on 1 PC in our school, dozens of others are ok!

Is the issue only with powerpoint? Because if the Windows hot-keys like ctrl-c and v are not working at all while the SB drivers are installed you could check the registry to see if they were disabled?

It is indeed only with Powerpoint, the hotkeys work in Word and Excel
