WSUS Installed/Not applicable

I have setup of wsus 3.0 SP2. While trying to approve updates of "windows media player 11" on client machines, it is showing only 130 computers needs this update, while remaining 70 computers are in "Installed/not applicable" column. All 200 machines r XP sp3, with media player version of 9. As all machines are applicable to upgrade from media player 9 to 11, why 70 machines r coming under category of "Installed/not applicable".

 

The same problem is with updates like .NET Framework 4.0. All machines either work on 3.5 or lower. But in needed category in WSUS of that update it is showing only 60% computers , what abt remaining . They all r running version.NET Framework 3 or lower.
