Kyle Posted January 20, 2007 Posted January 20, 2007 I have a USB keyboard and mouse on my PC. Problem i have is booting in the BIOS or Safe Mode. On boot up the computer does not recognise the Keyboard so i cant get into Bios or Safe Mode. IS this normal? Is there any setting in the bios than can alter this?
ITWombat Posted January 20, 2007 Posted January 20, 2007 If the BIOS s quite old then you may need to use a PS/2 keyboard just for the pre-GUI portions of boot-up
DMcCoy Posted January 20, 2007 Posted January 20, 2007 Enable legacy usb support option in the bios with a ps/2 keyboard, should work after that.
