Importing basedata into Exams - grade set error

Hi ,

a colleague is trying to import basedata (for CIDA/DIDA qualifications) and gets the following error.

 

"Gradeset associated with the aspect has changed. Formatted marksheets that have been exported/Ind reports/OMR sheets linked to this element need to be recreated."

 

I've looked throught the Sims docs and web based support for similar but couldn't find anything.

 

Also we have checked the gradeset against our existing gradeset and couldn't spot a difference in points grades

 

Any clues would be appreciated on how to proceed

We had a problem importing basedata too, but this was resolved once we did the Summer upgrade.

Mmmmm, thanks for the idea but we've done the summer upgrade .....

If this is OCR then you better check that you have the correct Basedata Set. They may have issued a second version. They had to for one Series because they got it wrong!
