IMS Support Technician SIMS ICT – Perm £20-26K

Technician with schools ICT technologies experience and especially a strong understanding of MIS systems like sims, integris, g2, Walton Samuels, cmis and ideally network management solutions like cc3, cc4 and ranger required to support schools and mis support specialists across South and West London, Surrey etc. You will be equally able to manage helpdesk calls and do field visits, technical health checks and upgrades. Drivers preferred. Essential requirements include windows os, xp, server 2003 and upwards.

 

IMS Support Specialist SIMS – Perm £27-32,960

Experience MIS support specialist required with either sims, Integris G2 or Walton Samuels required to support schools in their use and development of IMS systems. You will be able to support users with complex queries via the helpdesk, assist other junior members of the team, installation of SQL server 2005 and 2008 administration, manage implementation, upgrades, health checks and co-ordinate projects. Drivers preferred. Knowledge of government strategies on subjects like parental engagement, sustainability and online reporting highly advantageous as would being able to specialise in areas like Nova T, assessment and behaviour management.
