NikChillin Posted August 16, 2010 Posted August 16, 2010 Can anyone tell me if the backup on an Ipod saves the apps? My son's Ipod has problems againwith the sound jack and has to be returned. I have to say I think they are not worh the money!
keithu Posted August 16, 2010 Posted August 16, 2010 Apps that have been bought through the iTunes appstore are always available to download again, so if the device is replaced you can just re-sync with iTunes and be up and running again. 1

I thought this would be easy, the Ipod is 9 months old so should be covered under the consumer one year warranty but Apple want £82. It has been returned for the same issue when it was 4 months old. I cant contact them as you get sent around the houses, now feeling like a mug for being stupid enough to buy their products! Are they above the law? Am I missing something here? Fizzing at the moment!!!!!!!
