One of the few benefits of having a Nexus One is getting the latest Android platform first (Nexus Ones are the Android default dev platform). I just wish I could get Touchflo on my Nexus One I'll miss it from the Widlfire when it returns from the menders next week.

Does anybody know how difficult it is to de-brand a Desire? I don't want to be waiting this long for the next update (if it gets released to Desire at all)

SimpleSi Posted August 23, 2010 Author Posted August 23, 2010 AFAIK its not hard to "root" one of them but it invalidates your guarantee and AFAIK you can't go back I don't think any of the current crop of 'droids will get anything more than 2.2 (and then even then only if there lucky). regards Simon
