Hi

We have 32 of these laptops and they really are very nice to use and the longer battery life is a real bonus in the classroom situation. However, there is one problem which is driving me mad and occurs on all the laptops. When you go to shutdown, without exception you get the 'This program is not responding' message from explorer.exe, the shutdown procedure then hangs for around a minute, it then finally shuts down. There's nothing in event viewer; anyone any ideas what may be causing this behaviour? Thanks
