Coming home

Hooray! Shaun and I begin our return to the UK today with us flying out tonight at 20:15 (about 03:15 Sunday your time) and we should both be at our respective homes by 6pm Sunday

It's been an experience here I can tell you that much, and Shaun and I are both exhausted and looking forwards to being with our families again.

I'm just hoping that my camera is still in the hire care we had yesterday when we went up Pikes Peak (14,100 feet), so I have to wait until 9am when the car rental office reopens to go and pick it up, which isn't somethign I really want to do on our last day

Pikes Peak was awsome BTW. It's about 3 miles above sea level and I could only spend 10 mins at the top as the air was so thin and I was giddly through lack of oxygen. The best bit is that you can rive all theway to the top. It's either that or a 20 mile trek!
