Hi,

Unfortunately, we can't really support the network having problems deploying the software - our main purpose is to advise on how to get the .MSI packages so that you can deploy them in the normal way.

Having said that, I do know that you need to do this with the CC3 networks when using the transform Generator....

Add Transform Setting to the RM Community

Connect 3 ini file:

This is only required for RM Community Connect

3 networks and if selected will add the necessary

Transform setting entry to the RM ini file. This

ini file is something that you as the RM network

administrator need to create and add to the root

of the folder along with the ASTransGen.exe

utility. This option will assume that the name of

the ini file is the same as the chosen MSI file e.g.

ActivInspire.ini.

(Information about the transofrm generator is availible in this KB article - Page 12 - http://uk.prometheankb.com/article.aspx?article=303902&p=10121)

Not sure if you have already done that? - but thats the only specific CC3 thing I am aware of. - I do know it deffinately works on the CC3 network though.

If this doesn't resolve your issue, I think you would probably be best contacting RM for their advice.

Hope this helps!
