WSUS Size

Just wondering what size file stores people have using WSUS to deliver updates, i.e current space taken up by the current list of patches etc...?

Approx 1.6 Gb here.

3.2GB of patches atm, the SQL database in turn takes up about 840MB.

 

Thats a lot of space

Thas ok then the 60 odd gig I have free on my ICT Support partition on the main server will be adequate then.

Nothing here. I disabled the download option in WSUS. Clients get patches from Microsoft update and I just use WSUS for checking if the patches have applied correctly.

uum I've lost count after about 70GB on my main site, but its doing 3 versions of office, 2000, XP, Vista, Server 2000, 2003, SQL 2000 & 2005, ISA 2004 & 2006. Exchange 2003 & 2007, Win Defender, Live Toolbar uum and some other bits as well that I forget!

Yes, which is about 300mb.
