[ms office - 2003] unable to use the mouse in the text field

Have come across a really odd problem, a single member of staff has lost the ability to use their mouse within the text fiels of outllok when composing a new email message, you simply cannot click in there at all

 

ive read up and found people with this issue and something called laserfiche.dot but thats no present on this laptop

 

does any one have any ideas?

Unknowingly this is related to installing adobe CS4 and the fix is as follows

 

 

1.Edit Registry

2.HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\

Outlook\Addins\PDFMOutlook.PDFMOutlook

3.Change the LoadBehavior value from 3 to 2

4.Restart
