xenconvert problem

I have used xenconvert 2.1.1 to covert server 2003 into xenserver , I also converted a microsoft virtual server no problem.

Now i want to convert an xp sp3 machine i get the following error

 

have tried several times and same result

Assuming you did validate your XenServer credentials (and checked the XP machine's keyboard isn't b0rked - non-alphanumerics showing ok?)........

 

If you're using the windows application, remove proxy settings from the host - XenConvert doesn't know how to use them.
