I just had to do the "When you unplug this plug labelled 'DO NOT UNPLUG' it kills the internet/network access for 2 deputy heads, a therapy department, the entire science block and that residential unit" talk this morning... Of course, it was more important that they charged up their mobile!!!

Telewest kit not useful?

 

Sounds like a fair omment to me ;-)

 

Actually to be fair Telewest are quite good. 4hrs is the average time for our calls to them be resolved and closed. Save for the odd severed cable etc.

 

That siad we are a very large and important cotract to them. So I guess it's a matter of we say 'jump' and they ask ;how high!
