My email sig now contains "PLEASE NOTE I HAVE A POLICY OF NOT USING ANY SUPPLIER WHO COLD CALLS ME."

We've also got a secratary that's VERY good at filtering calls she 'filtered' the LEA data management team the other week;)

Yep - told them again and again that we have no intention of buying anything from them ever again. that said they have given up on telephoning us.

 

Pity is, if you order something from a company trading through Amazon in some cases it turns out to be I J T under another name!
