While one of our Zoneflex 7942 access point was updating its firmware it lost power (well ok someone turned it off). the unit was restarted but just looped. Have tried a hard reset and now it powers up then sits there with just the WAN led lit. ZoneDirector now can't see it and we can't ping it either. Anyone know if there is a way to sort this issue? ruckus support hasn't been very helpful and their forums haven't managed to come back with a fix.
