tech_guy Posted April 21, 2010 Posted April 21, 2010 (edited) I was wondering which was the predominant means that the Edugeek fraternity use to communicate with the world via the Internet? Edited April 21, 2010 by tech_guy
powdarrmonkey Posted April 21, 2010 Posted April 21, 2010 In what context - professional, social, both...?
sidewinder Posted April 21, 2010 Posted April 21, 2010 Overall probably forums, here for work and several other places in my free time. Use facebook but not to a massive extent
powdarrmonkey Posted April 21, 2010 Posted April 21, 2010 Personally - IRC, Facebook, email, mailing lists, forums and instant messenging; for work: just email and SMSs to parents. edit: oh, predominantly: forums and email respectively.
enjay Posted April 21, 2010 Posted April 21, 2010 Personal - Facebook, email, text. I also have various companies/interest groups on Twitter/RSS, however this is purely one-way, so not sure if it counts for this discussion. Work - forums and blogs, again via RSS where possible.
