danrhodes Posted March 30, 2010 Posted March 30, 2010 Had a spare half hour this evening between gym and tea so decided to have a go at my old favourite Photoshop. What do you think? Open the image in a new windows as the edugeek viewer doesn't show it properly!
Guest theeldergeek Posted March 30, 2010 Posted March 30, 2010 Had a spare half hour this evening between gym and tea so decided to have a go at my old favourite Photoshop. What do you think? It doesn't set my world on fire, but then again I couldn't have done it as my Photoshop skills are limited to image>resize, however, just spotted you seem to be into Bonsai, so from that aspect, it's pretty neat. If I've made the right connection there, it's a job well done I'd say.

Guest theeldergeek Posted March 30, 2010 Posted March 30, 2010 Where did you spot that I was into bonsai? On the hobbies thread? And yes I do love my little trees! D Well, I figured there was a reason you had drawn trees, so followed a link off your Edugeek profile to your photography site, and there they were. I have to say, I'm not green fingered at all, but Bonsai is fascinating to look at.
danrhodes Posted March 31, 2010 Author Posted March 31, 2010 I better get some updated pictures on there then! I hardly ever update that site! D
mac_shinobi Posted March 31, 2010 Posted March 31, 2010 considering it was done in a half hour between gym and dinner, pretty darned good

elsiegee40 Posted March 31, 2010 Posted March 31, 2010 My photoshop skills are marginally more advanced than theldergeek's, but not a lot... my teenagers bail me out with a huge sigh regularly: "Muuum! It's easy. I showed you last time!" I am in awe of your skill danrhodes! (If they're being really damning "You're supposed to be a computer expert! )
witch Posted March 31, 2010 Posted March 31, 2010 ...I haven't even GOT photoshop... Wish I had a sig like that...*sigh*
danrhodes Posted March 31, 2010 Author Posted March 31, 2010 Im going to make a nice sig for on EduGeek tonight! That's a sterling idea! D
Hightower Posted March 31, 2010 Posted March 31, 2010 You're supposed to be a computer expert! You are supposed to be a computer expert though right?
elsiegee40 Posted March 31, 2010 Posted March 31, 2010 You are supposed to be a computer expert though right? I compare myself with a GP, I can't possibly be a specialist in everything... and that definitely includes mobile phones and photoshop!
CHR1S Posted March 31, 2010 Posted March 31, 2010 Thats pretty cool, my skills are limited to touching up photos and MS Paint style drawings lol
elsiegee40 Posted March 31, 2010 Posted March 31, 2010 ... and MS Paint style drawings lol OOOH! I'm good at that too! I think it's cos I work in primary!

ICT_GUY Posted March 31, 2010 Posted March 31, 2010 Looks like A Matt Groening Pic, not that I recognise the character, which for me is unusual.
ICT_GUY Posted April 6, 2010 Posted April 6, 2010 http://www.dorsetwebdesigns.com/tshirt.png Vista print were doing "free" T-shirts.
