leco Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 what it says above, the receptionist (who has left) named the reception calendar with her name and it needs to be renamed something a bit better! any ideas? Isn't a calendar named after the account that it's attached to?
mbird Posted March 24, 2010 Author Posted March 24, 2010 no sure, because we have a school calendar - so im assuming they are separate.
leco Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 But the calendar, even a shared one such as yours, must be attached to an account somewhere, surely?
glennda Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 which version of exchange?? i know in 2007 there is a public folders database which is seperate from the mailboxes which i believe holds the calendars as well as publicly accessible folders.
smadison Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 If it is against a user account try logging on as that person and exporting the calendar. It can then be imported elsewhere.
