Ipod Touch User Agreement

HI

We are going to role out iPod touches to our teaching staff to use a web browser based version of our registration system. We dont want to be total kill joys and lock them down from youtube and iTunes but we would like to get the staff to sign an acceptable use agreement. has anyone got an usage agreement that applies to a device like an ipod that we could use as a reference to create our own?
