laptop trolly dead :( well half dead

Right, so just handed out a classrooms worth of laptops only to find half of them not charged.

 

Just tested the first 4 shelves and they were charging the laptops fine, but the last 4 shelves are completely dead, not charging at all.

 

Anyway i can test this further, and indeed send it for repair, i think its about 3 or 4 years old

Stupid question, but are there separate power strips for each group of shelves and how is each fused? Easiest option is try and change this for the one with the chargers that will not operate correctly.

To clarify, in the first instance I mean change the fuse and not the strip, that comes later.
