International birthday present

A bit of an obscure request here, but I'm running out of places to look myself.

 

I'm trying to find a series of books by Andrew Sapkowski about Geralt. I know that a couple of the English translations are called The Last Wish and Blood of Elves, but I don't know the translated titles. I can't ask the Lithuanian I know, since then she'll know what I'm getting for her birthday.

 

I know its a bit of a long shot but does anyone know either the translated titles of the series or, preferably, where I can get hold of these books?

Thank you, unfortunately those are the Polish titles as far as I can tell. I've managed to find them, but I know that the books were translated into Lithuanian (mainly because my friend absolutely adores the books to a level you wouldn't believe, and tends to talk about them at least once in any prolonged conversation). Its these ones I'm trying to get hold of.

Thank you again! I can't thank you enough for this. With those titles I managed to track down an online Lithuanian bookstore and, with the help of a dictionary and a bit of a headache, order some of the books which are still in print.
