This is scairy. Does this mean gun manufactures can be charged for somone using a gun they made to shoot someone? Or a ISP employee being charged because somone used their network to download somthing illegaly?

As a result four students were expelled from their school in Turin, northern Italy.

 

So lets get this straight... Google Bosses get found guilty but the actual students who - targetted, filmed then posted said video onto Google Video (pre YouTube) get a slap on the wrists???

how come the people that made the camera that filmed it werent on trial? or the people who made the computer it was uploaded on? or the people who laid the cables between them and google? or the isp they where on?

I agree with the arguement that this is an injustice, but just too counter the arguement of this quote, How come a GP gets in trouble if a child overdoses on a prescribed drug? it should be the legal responsability of the person providing said information
